معقدة بزيادة يعني اول حاجة موضوع اي جهة هي الملتهبة و مش شرط دايما نزيف احمر غامق من احد الكنالز بعدها انت راح تستخدم صوديوم في تعقيم القناة ف كيف راح تعزل الصوديوم عن القناة الثانية بشكل صحيح و لو لمس القناة السليمة هنا انتا بنفسك بدأت تحلل العصب و الامدادات و لو نجحت الجهتين ف ما اتخيل كمية الالم لو صار فشل في القناة المعزولة ب MTA
