@diashiee: At 12 months, we officially ended our breastfeeding journey 💔 The day after Timmy’s first birthday, I stopped nursing. But the process actually started months earlier. Around 8 months, daytime feeds naturally faded away. By 11 months, I was only nursing before bedtime and throughout the night. At 11.5 months, I dropped the bedtime feed, which left only night nursing. And omg, that was the hardest part. Timmy was waking up 6–7 times a night, especially in the early morning hours. One day, I just decided to stop offering the breast overnight. The first three nights were tough. Instead of nursing, I comforted him with cuddles, pats, and shushing. And finally, on night four, we slept through the night! Both of us!! I swear I had forgotten what it felt like to sleep on my stomach again! I’m incredibly grateful we made it a full year. Breastfeeding is over, but the connection isn’t. And it never will be 🤍 #momcreator #breastfeeding #weaningbaby

🥲🥲 I am not ready for this we are at 12m now and no plans to stop anytime soon she still eats all night idk how many times she cosleeps and in the day its every 2-3 hours. we will wean when shes ready but aiming for 3y
