so, 2 things, 1 this hasn't been confirmed, snd seconds IF and thats a big IF its true, than its not the first the first to have the ai learn to counter you was the og starcraft ai, then we had a much better version that would be closer in genre to gta, and that came from metal gear solid 5 (i think it was the fifth one) as the npc soldiers would start taking action to counter you
