In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the corn and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the crab meat and cook until heated through. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Combine the crab mixture with the cream mixture and stir well. Transfer to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
