I’m a OB nurse. I would say if you continue leaking after you get out of the pool, put on a pad if you continue to saturate pads for several hours it’s probably not just pool water. 🥴

With my first my water broke and I didn’t know. With my second it felt like someone snapped a rubber band on my stomach then a sudden relief of pressure. So it’s 50/50 🤣
