@hilaaltheinvestor: 10 years. An incredible team. A job I loved. But burnout doesn’t care about any of that. I had to choose myself and I never looked back. Nobody teaches you that’s even an option and I had to take the risk. I had minimal business experience, but if you have no plan b you just keep pushing and striving. Are you an NHS worker who has left or thinking of leaving ? I would love to hear ❤️ #nhs #nursetiktok #somalitiktok #doctorsoftiktok #fyp
Yes. I fully understand you sister. Currently recovering from 13+ years of literal burnout. Taking the summer off and seeing what Allah has written for me in autumn inshallah. Tying my camel with multiple possible options inshallah. May Allah make it easy on us all inshallah Ameen Thuma Ameen.

I also left the NHS after 13 years of nursing. It was one of the hardest decisions I've ever made, but also the best. Walking away from job security, a stable income, and everything familiar was scary! but I've never looked back. I hope everyone finds the courage to choose themselves when the time is right.

Yes!! Went part time in the NHS after building something small on the side, best decision I ever made. Nobody tells you it’s even possible until you’re living it 🤍 x

this currently experiencing burnout due to personal reasons but one thing I've probably worked when I needed to be off, I just cannot understand why investment is not made into the staff better health and well being

Burnout in the NHS is hitting me hard. I’m responsible for 16 service users at once, and it’s draining every bit of quality I try to put into my nursing. There’s no appreciation, no real clinical support — everything looks good only on paper and in meetings. On the other side, I’m honestly confused about what this system has become. I’d really value your thoughts.....this not explained ...in any interviews

Love this for you🥰. Felt the exact same way, left the NHS & went private into remote nursing. Best decision ever!
