Chest shoulders, back rear delt abs 1 set of bis, legs and front delts, bis tris abs. 4 days total I got everyday of the week bc you get plenty of rest do cardio atleast 5 days a week and Sauna plus basketball

Imo PPL 2x a week is best for 6 days because ULx3 is not enough time for recovery for the muscle groups and so not as much intensity is possible
