I think corgis are really smart bc they short and round af and they know their brains are the only weapon they can use to combat other dogs. To know they are short is to acknowledge their disadvantages. So basically they are born smart, socialized and badass 😌

When I did puppy classes at PetSmart I also told people you don’t really want a super smart dog. You want a mildly dumb dog. They’ll learn cues, but aren’t figuring out how to climb cabinets to get more treats. Corgis are more limited by their stature - but getting them to do anything without a tangible reward is so difficult. 😅 Mine will literally herd me to where we keep the treats. 🤦🏼‍♀️
