Dandelions and dirt :
We skip highchairs all together, baby sits on laps and when big enough we teach to be on a chair at the table. It taught my girls manners and etiquette from a very young g age and made going to restaurants a breeze.

Funny I’m seeing this. We just got this and set it up yesterday and we’re having the exact same issue. I can’t get him in or out without a second person and him crying. It is very cute but the functionality isn’t there.

i guess they want you to take the middle piece off each time you put child in and out., thats what i would guess.

Seems like maybe your meant to put the child in the chair and pop the tray in already attached to the leg dividers and remove prior to taking her out..maybe? Trying to make it make sense

I got this one from Amazon, it’s amazing! It reclines, it’s definitely big enough for your baby, and it does not have that extra piece to clip the tray in
