I’m guessing that there are no hospitals who are free of complaints. What would you consider an excessive number of complaints?

hmmm. I know my hospital has more than what they show. it says the hospital is responsible for uploading, which seems counter intuitive. 😁 you can request it directly from cms the site says. 🤔

I just looked up my hospital. 1 investigation listed. Looks like someone didn’t get a breakfast tray back in December. 😂😂😂
