Me for the last 3 years. I don’t have the energy for anything anymore. I just spend money I shouldn’t. Get up, go to work, come home, eat, go to bed and repeat. I’ve spent so much money on unnecessary things. I’m trying to get my spark back. I really am but it’s so damn hard

Trauma overtook me. Grief made its home in me, nestled in the hole that once held my soul. Neverending bills gnawing at me like a hungry, wild dog. Working a job that feels like it’s leading nowhere, slaving away for a paycheck that disappears before I even get to hold it. Dreams and goals I fear I’ll never see, never achieve. The exhaustion, the survival, the constant weight of everything I carry… somewhere along the way, I lost my spark, and I fear I will never have it again.

Hey yall so I wanted to encourage some of you… I thought losing my spark meant losing myself. But I’m learning that sometimes life breaks down the version of you that can’t go where you’re meant to go. I’ve cried, I’ve grieved, I’ve felt numb, I’ve tried to fill the emptiness in ways that didn’t help. But I’m still here.
