I've been at it for 37 years .. loved every single day...some better than others but what's not to love...I get to go to school and they pay me...I have watched this evolution of students and all the opinions ...it's a craft and a noble profession...you treat it like a burger king job then you will be unhappy...if you realize it's a passage of hope for each student, it's far easier to find peace..

Transitioning into a TOSA position in preparation for my move to admin. Going from a title 1 school with issues the school doesn’t want to address back to my dream school where they take fast, active steps to make positive change. I’m in a good place right now
