I used to cry to my mum and ask her what’s wrong with me, I’m so weird and always angry always thinking people are talking about me, never feeling good enough . I have no trust to the point I’ve decided it’s better for me to be on my own .

I’m 31 now with bpd and what I’ve learnt is as soon as a bad thought goes in your head say “F YOU THIS IS MY LIFE ITS MINE NOT YOURS!!!” And it’s helped a lot. I still get upset, my emotions are still everywhere but this is my life and I won’t let bpd take over it! I will live my life the way I want it!!
