I use to have panic attacks like that when I was younger I would freak out so bad, it might help if they have a distraction like video game, music etc what use to help me was a dark room and my favorite TV show on loud to drown out the noise

Hahahah!! I sound exactly like him!!! I hate storms with a PASSION!!! Loud cracks of thunder, bolts of lightning, heavy rain wind ughhh makes me have a full blown panic attack as well! 😅

I feel your baby’s pain of being scared! I was born with muffled hearing but as was going into elementary school my hearing got better. However, loud noises like thunderstorms and sirens were way much louder for me as I was not use to it. I was also stuck in my first car in a severe thunderstorm when my back windshield shattered in

I’m 31 and still have horrible bad weather anxiety. When I was in school and heard thunder, I would sit at my desk hyperventilating and the teacher would have to bring me to the nurse🫠
