Dead money. Has been for 5+ yrs. 10 yr view, Microsoft beat the s&p 600% vs 310%. Great. 5 yr view? Microsoft losses to the s&p 32% vs 103%. 1 yr view? -28% vs 22.6%. That’s a 50%+ swing. Broad market ETFs that our Gen X boomer parents carry are beating Microsoft. 😂
