1. The judge will not be removed 2. The motion for retrial will be denied. The motion is not part of the appeal. 3. The appeal will hit the court in about 2 yrs. Meanwhile, Anthony will remain in custody. 4. I doubt the appeal will make it past the first hurdle.

They filed a Notice of Appeal, not a new trial. You just don't file for a new trial, that's not how it works. The Judge didn't decide guilt nor sentencing.

This is totally not true. The attorneys filed for the trial transcripts. The judge is who has to ok a new trial. Soooo,not gonna happen.

Here's the thing, even doing all of this, filling all of that means they need classified documents. That's going to cost them tons of money. (the attorneys) even if the clerk accepts it, it will still be at the bottom of the docket. The clerk could deny, dismissed and by then the appeal time could be longer than the 30 days

The only thing that's been filed is a Notice of Appeal. This is a standard form of practice. It can take years to submit the appeal for review.

Since the conviction, only three significant filings have been made: 1. Notice of Appeal. 2. Affidavit of Indigency (request for appointed appellate counsel). 3. Notice of Appearance by the new pro bono appellate attorneys. That’s it. No appellate brief, no motion for a new trial, no newly discovered evidence, and no substantive legal arguments have been filed publicly. Yet social media continues to claim that all sorts of motions and evidence have been filed. They haven’t. Spreading misinformation about court filings that don’t exist is irresponsible and only misleads people who haven’t taken the time to verify the public court record.
