@quitakills: Restaurant Bingo stop 5 happened completely by chance. After having Bong ✨ on my NYC restaurant wishlist for over a year, I randomly decided to stop by and see if I could snag a reservation and somehow, everything worked out perfectly. My expectations were high, and somehow, it still exceeded them. Every dish was bold, flavorful, and beautifully pungent in the best way possible. The Tamarind Clams were an instant favorite, but Mama Kim’s Lobster? Absolutely unforgettable. One of those dishes you’ll think about long after the meal is over.
