When I get this rage I say things so out of pocket and I usually try to drink my problems away… the last time I did it I had a major panic attack and sent messages that made everyone scared I was gonna unalive myself… the time before that I threw my phone so hard on the ground I was surprised it didn’t shatter… when it’s all over I feel so guilty.

@InvisibleBattlesVisableKindnes: Love this I have bipolar and along with other things… I’m sharing my journey for others to no there not alone .. not just for people with bipolar but for others to understand how to help love ones when these episodes account also for partners as my partner struggles and we are tatil learning to help each other with both our demons that we both have ❤️🥰💙
