If you aren’t a fan of weird horror or creepypasta then you most likely won’t like the movie 😭. I’ve been a fan of creepypasta since 2020 and this is why i absolutely loved the movie because I LOVE the backrooms but yk you don’t have to call it boring or terrible or anything 🥀

there was a big theme about letting go like Clark not being able to let go of his past relationship and Mary was able to let go of her past symbolised by her using that rock to fight back against Capitan Clark

One detail I noticed is that after Clark discovers the backrooms he asks Mary if she ever sent someone to the asylum and she said that she only sent dangerous people there and when he asks her to let him stay she says that yes he should stay which could translate to Mary putting Clark in an asylum
