if there was ever a city that needed a subway more. i have never lived so close to a city in my entire life and i avoid it at all costs and I love cities! I've driven all over canada and halifax is the worst for me.

💯, at Christmas I sat for 3 hours and 50 minutes on Joseph Howe……. Hate driving in Halifax, I do anything I possible can do in Dartmouth and live in Dartmouth.

In BC you're allowed to enter an intersection at green, and if it turn red, you have the right of way to turn left.. But Halifax may be different.

The worst is when the little lane you’re turning into is filled with 5 cars all a full car length apart from each other. If people just moved up more people could fit. During rush hour you’re lucky if more than one car can make a left per green light at that intersection.
