Exactly, loyalty is the bare minimum. Ik not everyone can afford gifts but a little letter from time to time or favorite candy or just small things to show appreciation

He used to take me out and get me things and he does still get me things even though I always tell him because he doesn’t need to do that because he doesnt need too, Beth used to be different and well, I understand that we’ve both changed in our relationship and that’s fine. I have to beg him to hang out with me. I have to call him 36 times a day and he doesn’t answer. He just tells me he got used to me and I don’t think that’s a good thing to be honest. I know that I see him all the time, but I don’t really see him anymore and I know that we love each other to death, but I think I started to realize a long time ago that maybe just loving each other isn’t enough and I don’t wanna break up with him because he’s the sweetest guy I’ve ever been with and he actually cares but it’s hard to see that he does when I’m venting and all he has to say is that he’s sorry or the fact that he doesn’t like to cuddle with me more than five minutes or he always chooses the game over me which I don’t know,Maybe I’m being stupid but this feeling just keeps coming up every time I think it’s gone and just makes me sad and it just makes me not talk to him and not want his affection I don’t know I want to believe that this isn’t happening but that would be stupid…

Heres my problem tho, I show love in small, quiet ways like being in the same room close by, asking questions, doing things for them like their laundry or grabbing them a snack, pressing my knee to theirs while we’re sitting, holding their hand or wrist, tugging their sleeve, eye contact, giving them small things like seashells, resting my head on their shoulder etc. Its a problem i know but I just do not love loudly.
