For bedrock players (not sure if java can too): If you put a torch and a top slab over it, the light will still come through.

Foxglove :
Ochre froglight> Glow item frame> another Ochre froglight. Looks like a light fixture, works great on ceilings and walls. Very classy.

you can also do /light_block_15 and then however many you want to use if you want it to be hidden but still get the light!
