Paul had no issues with Deacon Phoebe and trusted her to deliver the very letters (that we all read in scripture) to the Church and gave her the authority to READ (teach) those long letters to the Church leaders. The person delivering the letters would read them out and Paul knew what he was doing, by having Deacon Phoebe deliver them. She TAUGHT his teachings to heads to Churches.

What does this have to do with Southern Baptists? The SBC has very clearly, on multiple occasions, denied that women can be pastors and has broken fellowship with those that do allow it.
