I was sitting in 10th grade history and my teacher got a call, stopped the lesson and rolled out the box TV on a tall stand to turn on for us. I’ll never forget that day.

I don’t understand why people are saying NY’ers forgot… what are you basing that opinion on? I was literally a senior in high school and seeing this again after so long just brought tears to my eyes. You have no idea what it was like, living in that time and in that space. There is still a memorial held every year on that day and every name is still set out loud. How dare you !!!
