I feel like we should stop worrying so much about what "validates", someone as trans. Like being trans is just your identity, and you shouldn't have to pass a checklist to be trans. Everyone experiences gender differently, so why does it matter if someone doesn't experience gender dysphoria? Does that make them less trans to you?

Im not trans med, but I feel like people feeling gender euphoria and better as the opposite sex means you have felt dysphoria about something so you do still have it, you just might not have as much as others do.

literal doctors and the therapist I see specifically for transcare told me they don't give prescriptions or even start hrt if I don't feel/never feeled dysphoria 😩
