I own a 1600 square-foot mobile home lot rent is 500. I have a corner lot 2 sheds and a 12x12 workshop and these are the same people that are paying 1500+ for rent or mortgage. Wife and I are living on easy Street our combined income is 140,000 a year. Which leaves plenty of money for investing and vacations.

I live in a 3 bed/ 2 full bath 2020 mobile home that was brand new when I bought it six years ago. I also wfh full time with a salaried job as an account manager. My kids’ dad does nothing for our 3 kids and I don’t receive any assistance from the state. Am I proud to say that I live in a mobile home park? No. Am I proud that my kids’ dad does nothing for them? No. But I also know that my home is beautiful, the community is really nice and I proudly take care of my kids by myself because I’m so fortunate to be able to.

I prefer renting because it’s easier for me and my child. People make fun of me for “throwing” my money away. Who cares? My son has a safe and secure home his whole life, something I never had. I’m super proud of my little apartment and always will be ❤️thank you for this queen 👑

As someone who switched from apartments to a new build trailer…. It’s honestly better. In unit laundry, your own little yard, shed, more than 1,000 square feet and full size appliances!
