Make sure you are prepared to vacuum out the condensation line every few weeks or it’ll ruin your interior wall and floor. Super annoying

FYI gunna do this spend the $800 and get a 23seer della that heats down to -13 degrees and is more efficient. I’ve put one of these $400 units in for a Customer and it works, but it never stops running (the T stat doesn’t read) and the WiFi mode doesn’t work.

Video on install would be nice (i will see if you have one ) .. my mom was told 2500 for hers and install. And i was quoted 10k!!!!! For the same size. Insane.

I’ve got one that’s been non stop on in my shop for the last 2 months. Produces a ton of water from condensation but it’s working like a charm thus far

Just be sure when you connect the indoor line set you do away with the flare connection completely and solder the lines together at the indoor joints. If not you’ll be out of refrigerant and end up with more money in recharging it than you spent

The only thing I’d recommend is a surge protector for the power surges… and most of these minis are not fixable in most cases so I’d run it till it drops and spend another 300$ to get a new one the cheaper ones are kinda like window units push it out of the window and get a new one a company would charge 400$ to fix one and you could buy a new one
