You are beyond valid for how you’re feeling and how it’s impacted you. I mean, I get I’m still only a teen, and I might not have a fully developed frontal lobe; but I grew up knowing way more than I should’ve at my age. I also have an affiliated bio dad, and a step dad with ASPD and BPD. I connect with you on some levels I’m not able to connect with anyone else. I really appreciate your content and how strong you are, you really know your worth and that’s inspiring to me. That doesn’t make it any less difficult for you though, I am very compassionate and empathetic to your situation. I know it can be hard to keep it all tucked away, I understand why it can get hard to trust others; sometimes really unfortunate things happen to people, and they can’t really disclose it which sucks. Your fear is valid, your worry is valid. Most people who have been through really messed up things; often deal with being afraid they can’t express them, or that they’ll scare the other person off. which leads to suppression and dealing with it all on your own. Just know you’re a strong capable woman and that some of us (me included) are in your corner. 💗
