My A1C is down from 10.5 to 5.5…I’ve lost 40 pounds…food noise is gone…I track what I eat and am able to make healthier choices due to no more food noise…and I just feel better :) started in April

I love this shit.... Turns out it not only HELPED me lose weight but has motivated me to invest in property, find a better job, significantly decrease my alcohol intake, play and run with my children, sleep better i mean the list will go on.
