This is so spot on. Can relate to the fear-based Christianity. Japa’d and realized that life is still good without fear. Now disappointed and in crisis, but will still find my way back home, eventually. But for now, let me breathe. I just don’t care much again. I’ve seen enough to know that God exists, but sometimes he does things that just makes you give him space. It’s well.

I'm in the 4th category… my dad is a pastor and church was mandatory… like I got punished for not attending weekly activities not to mention Sunday services… going to church and serving God felt like a chore and I hated it… I developed trauma cause if it… I stopped going to church once I entered the university… but I'm an adult now and I'm slowly trying to discover God on my own terms and it's been a wonderful experience lately
