my best guess is that after titi said “are you gonna shut me up” melanie started to get up to go towards her and production pulled her away before anything could happen. they probably had kenzie help calm her down because she had the least stake in what was happening between kc and aniya and since she was on the end it was easy to cut her out out of the shot without the audience really noticing
