im saying this with no experience but is gradually lowering your calorie intake better than aggressively cutting it down while on a deficit doing pretty much cardio only?

lost 90lbs and the biggest advice I can give anyone is be consistent, whether your deficit is more aggressive or more maintenance, and build a program around your life, above all else have fun, it don't gotta be an angry or sad thing to lift and diet

when I was first started dieting I was eating way way too little and absolutely stopped loosing weight after a while even though calories in and out were theoretically the same, and I didn't loose anymore until I upped calories and then I dropped like 6 pounds in 2 days. So you do have to be a bit careful

Slide 6 you should be having a higher frequency in meals regardless. Overall helps digestion by putting less strain on your gut and not making you as bloated.
