@flickbff: @uncleibz just added Primal Fear (1996) to their favorites list on FlickBFF — and this is another reason why I’m such a huge Edward Norton fan. I don’t know how I managed to avoid spoilers for so many years, but I’m glad I did because I genuinely did not see that twist coming. The entire movie had me convinced I knew where it was going, and then it completely flipped everything on its head. Edward Norton’s performance was absolutely incredible, especially considering this was his breakout role. He had me believing every emotion, every expression, every moment. That’s one of the reasons he’s always been one of my favorite actors. He has a way of making every character feel authentic. Richard Gere was excellent too, and together they made this courtroom thriller one of the best I’ve seen. If you’re a fan of psychological thrillers or courtroom dramas and somehow haven’t seen this one yet, do yourself a favor and go in completely blind. Trust me.
