It’s not true. I live near Gotemba and NEVER Refa offers discounts for popular items. The 70% one off is for old unpopular items that no one want. Discount on popular items are 5% at best.

Don’t there is almost nothing reduced that much all the Stuff is almost as expensive as in the regular Shops and you have to sacrifice a whole day in Japan for this.
