I encourage yall to learn the official rules of soccer and yall will know that this is not a pk . Why ? Because the argentina player dove foot level making that a dangerous play . The Jordan player did not raise foot to a level high enough to make a dangerous play , making this not intentional because they also dove in at the same time . In order for it to be a pen they have to decide weather the incident was carelessly, recklessly, or with excessive force. It was not even a faul

The defender is supposed to defend the ball. The attacker created the risk by diving header. What can the defender do lmao? Just let the attacker head the ball. Come on. I understand the concept of high foot challenge but this was not a pen.

I understand why some people would disagree with the penalty, but just because it was accidental doesn’t mean it wasn’t a foul. Contact is contact, especially when it comes to this severe of contact. This is a foul, plain and simple

I am an Argentina fan and a Messi fan. I dont think it's a pen, because he did actually played the ball... The other dude went low with his head, so I dont think the Jordan player was intentionally kick the Arg. player. Well that's just my point of view, ya can disagree.. lol

When I was still certified referee, and we were taught every time we were recertified when you were bending down, you are the one putting yourself risk in the situation. The player has to bring his foot up to the natural position of the head if you’re below the waist technically the foul should be called on the attacker. Now I haven’t been certified for a few years and I didn’t do the research on if it’s still the rule but I feel like it may be.
