Let me get this right. He was there just existing in a public space. She decided she wanted his seat, didnt ask for it and made an attempt to take it and he was supposed to say "yes massa yousa can have the chair" why? The law says that possession is 9/10 of the law. He possesses the chair in that moment t so by e tent he has the right to defend his property. Additionally she assulted him to begin with and there is video evidence to support his claim.
