A dermatologist once told me that dark spot is due to hyperpigmentation which is related to our genetics, for ex brown and black people tend to have more hyperpigmentation. And anyway he told me no cream in the world could heal it, it just go away with time.. but its a vicious circle bc everytime it goes away new pimples come and here we go again
