hope they can consider to arrange a special dedicated exam session for her based on compassion basis. the tyre blowout was out of their control. Rules are man-made and can be adjusted on special considerations sometimes.

Lots of cruel comments here. In Singapore there are students who come late for major exams all the time. Imagine if they are turned away for coming late by 2 mins. Being kind and understanding doesn’t cost anything.

In my country, you can still enter the exam even if you're late, as long as you complete the paper. 🤷♀️
