Before opening the tin …. Place the tin in a bowl warm water…. The sauce will this out and the fish will taste better

I fried the Louisiana hot sauce ones with some onion and garlic in the sauce they came in and squirted some lemon juice over them. It was delicious!!

Cheap usually means cheap.Sardines should come out of the tin relatively firm and taste of the ocean.That brand is no go for me.

I can't stand how small sardines are for $0.99. I'll be wanting to make a big pot of these things to make with some rice. I've bought sardines and made some side seafood red rice. I got to find some bigger sardines out there so I can deep fry it.
