A build I’ve been running on doctor is devour hope, noed, grim embrace, and make your choice, depending on the placement of your totem u can get away with devour hope, they look for ruin immediately the moment you have it, I’d say you get atleast 3 or 4 tokens before they find devour hope and you atleast get value with grim embrace everytime you leave to get a token and then you run back to get the instadown when they unhook
