Fun fact: if that bread had to follow US label standards, the ingredient list would be: Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Yeast, Canola Oil, Distilled White Vinegar, Salt, Potassium Iodide. Not exaggerating, that's what those ingredients break down to in US requirements.

It’s Australian bread and it will last 2 weeks in the fridge which as a broke Aussie just trying to get enough for the family I’m happy with it .

the bread in the pink bag is what I buy. Recommended for my kid by her paediatric dietitian because she mostly eats bread. It's heavily fortified. I tried mentioning it on the original video and she went in on me about how I'm relying on bread as a multivitamin 😅 Not the brightest spark.

My chicken is currently being marinated in jarred pesto, yup, I was too lazy to season it so I had a jar of pesto in my cupboard so I spatchcocked the chicken, got all underneath the skin & into the cavity with a jar of pesto where the first ingredient is sunflower oil. It's going to be delicious too!

I rarely disagree but american bread is super weird to me. Bread should not keep for more than 3 days. Just buy it fresh or keep it in the freezer. Bread is water (or milk), yeast, flour and salt.
