Iran should have scored the penalty against Egypt. You can never be safe placing your fate in someone else's hand. That said, I think Algeria did try to win it but the ref gave way more time after their goal.

I’m Iraqi and so heartbroken over what happened with Iran, I was rooting for them including my whole family, FIFA and the US have been so disgusting and unfair and have worked so hard against our brothers in the Iranian team 😔
