46g protein & under 500 cals, this chicken Caesar skewers bowl is an easy, fresh, quick dinner that tastes UNREAL 🤤 It’s got seasoned parm chicken skewers that are brushed in caesar dressing while hot, with crispy fries, warm flatbreads, fresh salad and a creamy drizzle.  SAVE this for later 📌💕 Ingredients (serves 2):  300g chicken breast, diced
1 tsp olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp chopped garlic
½ tsp dried oregano 1 ½ tsp smoked paprika 
Salt  Black pepper  10g parmesan finely grated  To serve 150g frozen skin on fries 1 flatbread  1 head of romaine lettuce shredded 
8 cherry tomatoes halved  5g parmesan grated  Caesar sauce:
70g fat free greek yoghurt  ½ tsp chopped garlic  ¼ tsp dijon mustard  1 tsp lemon juice ½ tsp worcestershire sauce  Salt  Black pepper 10g finely grated parmesan 💞 Cook the fries according to packet instructions. In the last few minutes, sprinkle over 1 tsp smoked paprika and toss to coat. 💞Add the diced chicken to a bowl with the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon, garlic, oregano, ½ tsp smoked paprika, salt and black pepper. Stir through the finely grated parmesan, then mix well so everything is evenly coated. 💞Thread the chicken onto skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 10-15 minutes beforehand to stop them burning. Air fryer: 180°C for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, oven 200 for 15-18 mins or grill for 10-12 mins 

 💞Mix together all the Caesar sauce ingredients until smooth. 💞Once the chicken is cooked, brush over around ¼ of the Caesar sauce while still hot and let it sit for a minute so it soaks in slightly. 💕Warm the flatbread under the grill or in a dry pan, then cut into quarters. 💕To serve, add the lettuce and tomatoes to a bowl, drizzle over most of the remaining Caesar dressing and toss lightly. Add the fries, chicken skewers and flatbread, then finish with the remaining dressing over the top and a sprinkle of parmesan.
