this happens to me when I try to sleep because of how bad my anxiety and my overall insomnia is(yes ik insomnia can be caused because of anxiety) sometimes its like I see visions of every possible thing that can happen when I try to sleep (just sharing) but youre not alone love

I have crazy stress dreams every time I sleep. They’re called stress dreams literally. But I think it may be a side effect of my medication. I don’t remember dreams on Zoloft but it will make you feel emotionally numb to everyone

yessss !!!! when i was like 8 or probs younger i would have an occurring visual of like a settings app machine spinning in my mind before and after waking up. still to this day it happens to me and it freaks me outttt i feel stuck.

is this simular i have this one where it a like a sticky bunny rigid texture but i can see it and taste it and smell it but i cant actually physically taste or smell it im just imagining o can but it makes me so uncomfortable but its like all around im stuck and its really quick moving and its red brown colour but i cant actually see it. ive had the same thing since i was really younge and idk how to explain it and everyone i tell dont understand

yes i get this but the part in get out the movie when he gets hypnotized and falls through like the ground I get that a lot and I cannot sleep if I ge that and any dream I just see the floor turn into that nothingness and it causes me to not be able to sleep at all
