Personally I still watch horror, I never bought into the whole “oOOooO Opening Portals” mumbo jumbo and I may come off as a tad arrogant here so I do apologize but I feel like my faith is strong with the lord, to the point I fear no such things nor do I give much merit towards them..I understand that these are only made up films with actors and writers, sfx…therefore that’s as far as it goes for me…probably an unpopular opinion tho.

God calls us to be discerning and be careful what we see and take in, whether it is a problem of sin in our lives personally, it does not matter it promotes sin and can be a stumbling block. Matthew 18:6 addresses this very clearly. 1 Thessalonians 5:21-22 addresses to discern what is good and reject evil. I will be unfollowing that creator unfortunately
