Look for jobs and other parts of the country. On the web, you will find standard of living per city and town. You actually can make less and have a higher standard living, depending on where you live. If you say, you can’t move then it’s your choice to live the way you are.

You do what everybody else does when they have an entry-level job. In an apartment get a roommate start splitting the bills. Wake your way up until the job you have is not entry level.
