Croissants MUST be kept in a cool room, remember there is a lot of butter in them so that butter will melt. when the french bakers make them the kitchen is kept cool x

this was on weds. sausage rolls, bread, pizza, cheese straws, pie. but my puff pastry didnt turn out puff pastry more flaky and that was the heat I think as I didn't make it any other differently. yet was really nice all the same. I do a bounty roll with melted chocolate and coconut which is delummy.
