I've literally been doing this my entire life.. since I was like 5 and I'm 37 now... nothing bad has ever happened.. summer it's a portable AC on me all night sometimes during the winter.. I also live in Canada so .. cold clearly doesn't have a thing to do with it ... but once I'm in my bed . I have 3 fans plus the portable AC blowing on me .. so why BS about these videos? I don't even believe if your wet and then immediately have cold air on you will get you sick... cuz every morning I sit in front of the fans after a shower... nothing happens.. my hair goes from wet to dry , that's about it 🤷🏾

use a fan for over 30 year every single night or when I enter my room.. I have 3 fans plus a portable AC blowing at me at all times... nothing's ever happend but I'll wake up frozen as hell cuz sometimes it's winter season so I just cover up
