It’s also an indicator or meningitis… Soon as I start seeing blind spots I take my ibuprofen, ice pack and eye mask and go hide in my bed and try to sleep it off.

Aura followed by the worst pain imaginable. Managed to track mine down to apple juice, stopped drinking it and no longer get them. Been 3 years without one now.

I’m on disability because of my migraines. For those people who never get headaches or migraines, thank Jesus for that because they are MISERABLE and I don’t wish them on my worst enemy.
