I don’t think doing the tests if sober is so much to ask. I got pulled over in college for not turning my brights off, the cop saw me at the bar, I explained I was the DD. He still asked me to do a breathalyzer since I parked in a dirt parking lot. I did it. Obviously was fine. I was able to leave.

no because the bottom line is.... if you were completely innocent doing the tests to prove so would clear you..... I know for sure that you can always opt out for breathalyzer and blood rather than the physical tests if that's too much for you or your body.....

is it just me or has anyone else never ever seen anyone pass a field sobriety test even when they successfully completed all the tasks. I feel like once the officer request those FST that you’re already cooked whether you were under the influence or not.

I took a breathalyzer , failed and was straight sober. They arrested me . Gave the the test again at the jail. Blew zeros .. 3 x released.
